Ingredients
3 Mango, fresh, whole , peeled and chopped
3 Kiwi, fresh, medium, FDA , peeled and chopped
1 medium red bell peppers , diced
0.25 cup fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)


Directions
1 In a large bowl combine mangoes, kiwi, red pepper, onion, lemon juice, salt, and ground red pepper.
2 Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
3 Serve salsa with pork, chicken, or fish.
