Directions
1 In a small bowl, combine tomato, tomatillo, tequila, onions, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
2 Preheat grill or broiler.
3 Lay fish on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes per side or until fish is flaky.
4 Spoon 1/3 cup salsa over top of each slice.
Additional Information
Add some fruit like pineapples to the salsa for a fresh tasting sweet topping.
