Servings
Ingredients
4 raw halibut fillets (6 ounces per fillet)
0.5 oz light unsalted stick margarine , 1 tbsp, melted
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.75 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (salt-free)
0.5 tsp kosher salt (coarse)
1 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped (or 1 tsp dried cilantro)
1 medium lemons (cut into 4 wedges)

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and coat a shallow 2-quart baking dish with fat-free cooking spray.
2 Wash the fish in cold water and pat dry. Coat the fish all over with fat-free cooking spray. Place into the prepared baking dish and pour the margarine evenly over the top. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt.
3 Bake until the fish is just opaque, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the cilantro before serving with the lemon wedges for squeezing. Enjoy!
Additional Information
Spray the halibut with fat-free cooking spray before pouring the margarine on top to keep moist.
