Ingredients
4 oz whipped fat-free topping , 1 container
4 egg whites
2 eggs , separated
1 cup sweetener (sugar substitute) , equal to 1 cup sugar, divided
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice


Directions
1 Beat whipped toppings until stiff.
2 In a separate bowl, beat egg whites together with half of sugar substitute. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with other half of sugar substitute.
3 When thick, fold in lemon juice. Fold all 3 mixtures together until well-blended. Freeze.
