Ingredients
4 mini bagels , each cut in half
4 oz low sodium marinara sauce
2 fresh tomatoes , sliced 1/4-inch thick
8 oz part skim shredded mozzarella


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
2 Place bagel halves on a cookie sheet, inside face up. On each half place 1 to 2 tablespoons marinara sauce and then 1 tomato slice; top with 1 ounce of cheese.
3 Bake for 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
Additional Information
These mini bagels can be made ahead of time and then frozen.
