1 In a medium bowl, mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Shape into 4 hamburger patties. 2 Slice the onion into 1/2-inch thick slices, being careful not to separate the rings. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 3 Place the hamburgers in the grill and cook for 4 minutes. Top each with one full slice of onion and grill for 3-4 minutes. 4 Serve the hamburgers on the buns and pass the condiments of your choice.
