1 In a medium mixing bowl, beat sour cream, cream cheese, and milk with an electric mixer until smooth. 2 Stir in sweet pepper, zucchini, carrot, and chives. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 3 Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 3 days. (Stir before serving).
