1 Using a food processor or a blender, mix the eggs. Add the lemon juice, garlic, and mayonnaise. 2 While ingredients are being mixed, add oil in a slow, steady stream. 3 Season with sugar substitute and salt and pepper to taste. Add in the parsley, briefly pulsing to combine. Store refrigerated in a container.
