Ingredients
1 cup farmer's cheese
0.5 cup fat free ricotta cheese , or 3% or 5% soft white cheese
0.25 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 oz onion soup mix


Directions
1 Using a fork, combine the cheeses and yogurt until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and soup powder. Mix until combined. Can be mixed in a food processor as well.
