1 Place all ingredients, except coffee and cinnamon, in a sturdy blender. In a separate cup, mix coffee and cinnamon with 1/8 cup boiling water. Add to blender.
2 Cover and immediately blend on high, until the ice stops making a crunching sound and the drink is thick.
3 If you prefer slush, add more ice cubes and blend.
