Directions
1 Cut 2 1/2-inch rounds out of bread slices with cookie cutter.
2 Spray 16 mini-muffin tins with cooking spray.
3 Press 1 bread round firmly into each. Spray bread generously with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F until browned and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
4 Can be filled with any hot or cold, sweet or savory filling.
