Ingredients
15 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , rinsed
4 oz fat free cream cheese , softened
0.5 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
0.5 cup fat free mayonnaise
0.5 cup fat free sour cream
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 fresh green onions , thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch hot pepper sauce , 2-3 drops
1 pinch salt , to taste
1 pinch ground cayenne (red pepper) , to taste
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup snow peas
1 cup sweet pepper strips


Directions
1 In a food processor, add artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice and process until smooth.
2 Stir in green onion, garlic, and red pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
3 Bake in small casserole uncovered at 350 degrees until lightly browned, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
4 Serve warm with vegetable dippers.
