Ingredients
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves , crushed
0.5 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground thyme
0.75 lb cooked shrimp , peeled, deveined, and cut in half
1 head Boston lettuce
1 medium bell peppers , cut into small cubes


Directions
1 In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic, cayenne, oregano, and thyme. Add shrimp and red pepper and toss well.
2 Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place on 2 plates. Spoon shrimp salad over lettuce.
