Ingredients
1.75 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 cup margarine , softened
0.25 cup sweetener (sugar substitute)
0.25 cup brown sugar substitute, granulated , such as Brown Sugar Twin
0.5 cup brown sugar
1 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Combine flour, baking soda ,and salt in a small bowl and whisk together.
3 In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the margarine until light, approximately 1 minute. Beat in the sugar substitute, brown sugar substitute, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
4 Stir in the flour mixture.
5 Stir in the chocolate chips.
6 Drop the dough by well-rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, flattening the mounds slightly so they will spread.
7 Bake until lightly golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool completely.
