Ingredients
0.5 cup fresh lime juice
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp ground oregano
0.25 tsp ground cumin
0.25 tsp chili powder
0.25 tsp kosher salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1.25 lb flank steak , cut in 1-inch pieces
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium yellow bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 chopped green bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Combine the lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, kosher salt, and red pepper in a small bowl.
2 Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion alternately on 12-inch skewers. Pour the lime juice mixture over the skewers and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3 Spray grill with cooking spray. Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid. Cook 5-7 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
