1 Combine the lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, kosher salt, and red pepper in a small bowl. 2 Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion alternately on 12-inch skewers. Pour the lime juice mixture over the skewers and refrigerate for 2 hours. 3 Spray grill with cooking spray. Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid. Cook 5-7 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
