1 Cut the large stems off the broccoli then slice into 3 inch florets. Steam for about 2 minutes. Drain and transfer onto a paper towel to dry.
2 Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Whisk in the lime juice. Stir fry the florets for 3 minutes. Place in a bowl, add the pine nuts, and toss to mix.
