1 Preheat broiler. 2 In small bowl, combine watercress, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper, and salt. Set aside 3 Coat both sides of the fish with olive oil. Season with paprika. 4 Broil fish for 8 minutes, turn cook additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with lemon-watercress sauce.
