1 cup fresh watercress, chopped , minced (1 bunch )
0.5 fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 tbsp plain yogurt, whole milk
0.12 tsp black pepper
1 pinch salt , to taste (optional)
1 lb swordfish fillets (1" thick)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch paprika


Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 In small bowl, combine watercress, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper, and salt. Set aside
3 Coat both sides of the fish with olive oil. Season with paprika.
4 Broil fish for 8 minutes, turn cook additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with lemon-watercress sauce.
