Servings
Ingredients
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
1 tbsp fresh tarragon , minced
1 tsp fresh lemon peel , grated
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)

Directions
1 Make the marinade in a gallon size bag with a seal. Add in the wine, tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic.
2 Add the chicken to the bag and close. Squeeze out all the air. Turn the chicken to coat it thoroughly.
3 Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For maximum flavor leave overnight. Turn the bag occasionally to distribute the marinade evenly.
4 When ready to cook heat the barbecue.
5 Drain the marinade from the chicken and throw out any remaining marinade.
6 Cook chicken through, about 5 minutes on each side.
Additional Information
You don't only have to cook on the barbecue, try an indoor grill or you can broil. Also make extra and throw on top of a salad the next day.
