1 Cut any damaged leaves and tough stems off any chard. 2 Fill a saucepan with 1/2-inch of water. Add the chard leaves and continue to boil. Cook, covered, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in the salt and turn off the heat. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid. 3 Chop the chard. Mix in the oil to the reserved liquid and drizzle over the chard. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and serve with the lemon wedges.
