Directions
1 Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
2 Stir in flour to form smooth paste.
3 Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4 Reduce heat, cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
5 Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper.
Additional Information
Be sure to have your milk ready; it needs to be added as soon as the flour thickens.
