Ingredients
2 cup cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch
0.12 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp grated lemon rind (grated rind of 1 lemon)
8 g Sweetener, granular, packet (8 packets)
1 g red food coloring (1 drop yellow)


Directions
1 In a small saucepan, mix together the water, cornstarch, and salt.
2 Cook over medium heat until clear, then continue to simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
3 Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
4 Serve warm!
