Ingredients
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts , rinse and pat dry
0.25 tsp garlic salt
0.25 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
0.25 tsp ground oregano (or crushed)
0.12 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp seedless raisins (dark)
1 tbsp Seeds, sunflower, kernels, dry roasted, unsalted
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
0.5 medium lemons , cut into wedgesfor garnish


Directions
1 Light a grill.
2 Season the chicken with the garlic salt, lemon pepper, oregano, and hot red chili pepper flakes.
3 Grill the chicken for 4 minutes then turn over and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Set the chicken on two plates.
4 Put the olive oil, vinegar, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds over high heat. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.

The parsley and lemon wedges are optional.
