Chicken seasoned with garlic salt, lemon pepper, oregano, and hot red chili pepper flakes, grilled then topped with a warm vinegar, raisin, and sunflower seed sauce.
1 Light a grill. 2 Season the chicken with the garlic salt, lemon pepper, oregano, and hot red chili pepper flakes. 3 Grill the chicken for 4 minutes then turn over and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Set the chicken on two plates. 4 Put the olive oil, vinegar, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds over high heat. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.
