1 Whisk together lemon juice, molasses, Worcestershire, and garlic in a shallow dish. Lay chicken in marinade and coat all sides. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour, flipping chicken a few times. 2 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 3 Take chicken out of liquid and save marinade. Lay chicken in a shallow cooking spray coated roasting pan. Spoon saved marinade overtop of chicken and season with salt and pepper. 4 Bake for 20 minutes. Baste chicken with marinade and bake for another 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
