Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
2 With hands, flatten biscuits into bottom of prepared dish, forming to cover entire dish.
3 In medium bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg whites and lemon extract until well mixed.
4 Spoon filling over top of biscuit layer and bake 20 minutes.
