Ingredients
1 cooking spray
1 lb raw medium shrimp , peeled and de-veined
0.33 cup Bread Crumbs, plain, grated, dry
1 tsp dried parsley
0.5 tsp grated lemon rind
0.12 tsp salt
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 4 individual baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Divide shrimp between the dishes; set aside.
2 Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, lemon rind, salt, and garlic in a bowl; stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp.
3 Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp are done and the bread crumb mixture is lightly browned.
