Ingredients

13.25 oz Dreamfields Penne Rigate
2 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp fresh chives
2 tbsp salted butter , melted
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon peel , finely grated
0.67 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 pinch fresh thyme , sprigs of fresh thyme, chives and lemon wedges (for garnish)


Directions

1 Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2 Drain and return to the pot.
3 Toss in the thyme, chives, butter, oil, lemon and half of the cheese.
4 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5 Serve immediately with remaining cheese sprinkled on the top.
6 Garnish with the fresh herbs and lemon wedge.
