Servings
Ingredients

1 cup Beer
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1.5 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano leaves , chopped
1 oz fresh thyme , chopped
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp honey
0.25 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts , boneless chicken breast halves
1 cooking spray, for baking

Directions
1 Whisk together beer, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, thyme, pepper, honey, Worcestershire, and garlic.
2 Pour into a resealable plastic bag; place chicken in bag. Seal securely and chill at least 3 hours, flipping bag a few times.
3 Preheat grill to medium-high.
4 Take chicken out of bag, throwing away marinade. Lay chicken on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
Additional Information
Lime juice works just as well. Double this recipe to enjoy zesty chicken strips over mixed salad greens, in warm corn tortillas with salsa, or as the basis of a cool chicken salad.
