Ingredients
1.5 cup Cracker Crumbs, graham, plain (20 squares)
0.33 cup salted butter , melted
3 tbsp sugar
8 oz cream cheese , softened
14 oz Milk, condensed, sweetened, canned
0.25 cup fresh lime juice (or Key lime juice)
1 tbsp lime peel zest


Directions
1 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom and sides of square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches.
2 Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar thoroughly with fork. Press evenly in pan. Refrigerate while preparing cream cheese mixture.
3 In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in lime juice and lime peel. Spread over layer in pan.
4 Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes. Cover loosely and refrigerate at least 3 hours until chilled.
5 For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. If desired, garnish with additional lime peel. Store covered in refrigerator.
