Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cooking spray
2 medium onions , peeled and sliced into rings
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 (4-ounce) breasts)
4 Chicken, liver, average, raw , broiled
15 oz Chicken, roasting, giblets, simmered (About 12 giblets )
2 tsp paprika
0.25 tsp chili powder (optional)
2 tsp ground cumin (optional)


Directions
1 Heat oil and non-stick cooking spray in a large, shallow saucepan. Add onions and stir-fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
2 Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Add to the onions in the saucepan and stir-fry until white, about 5 minutes.
3 Chop livers into small pieces and add to the mixture, together with the boiled giblets, stirring constantly.
4 Add seasonings and stock.
5 Lower heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
