Ingredients
0.5 cup light mayonnaise
0.5 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh jalapeno chili peppers , finely chopped, pickled
0.5 tsp grated lemon rind (or lime)
0.25 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch kosher salt (to taste)


Directions
1 Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator unto serving time.
Additional Information
This tangy, hot sauce can be made up to two days ahead. It is great as a spread on a grilled fish sandwich. Use more pickled jalapeño if you like a spicy sauce.
