1 Heat a pot over medium heat, coated with cooking spray. Cook chili 2 minutes or until soft. Mix in cumin and oregano. 2 Mix in processed cheese and cook over low heat, stirring often until fully melted. Mix in 1/3 cup milk and Cheddar cheese. Add extra milk if needed for preferred consistency, cooking 1 to 2 more minutes.
