Ingredients
1 cup Cranberries, dried
0.5 cup orange juice
0.5 cup fresh chopped red onion , diced
0.5 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 whole jalapeno pepper , seeded and minced
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
0.5 tsp ground cumin
0.5 tsp salt


Directions
1 In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, orange juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin and salt.
2 Stir together and chill 2 hours before serving.
