1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2 Mix together burger crumbles, tomato, onion, zucchini, bell pepper, and Italian seasoning. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. 3 Combine baking mix with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Whisk together milk, egg, and egg whites. Whisk into dry mixture until fully combined. Spoon batter over top of vegetables in pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
