1 Slice the rolls in half horizontally, remove the centers, and spray each side with cooking spray. 2 Layer the tomato, chicken, and mozzarella on one side of the roll. 3 Add pimientos, salt, and pepper before covering with the top of the roll. 4 Cut in half and serve!
