Ingredients
1 lb Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup Salad Dressing, Italian, light


Directions
1 Marinade pork in salad dressing for 30 minutes. Thread pork on skewers and discard marinade.
2 Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.
Additional Information
The prep work for this is easy. Partly frozen tenderloin makes cutting easier. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Important Note: The marinade for this recipe is incorporated into the nutritional analysis. Since most of it is discarded, the Nutrition Facts are not exactly accurate, particularly the high sodium, fat and calorie count.
