Directions
1 Marinate chops, covered and refrigerated, in dressing 2 - 4 hours.
2 Prepare medium hot coals in covered barbecue grill, banking coals on sides of grill.
3 Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade. .
4 Grill chops 15 - 18 minutes, turning once. (Can also be broiled for 15 - 18 minutes)
Additional Information
A great recipe to have for camping, just marinate in a self-sealing plastic bag. Use your favorite brand of dressing.
