Ingredients
1.25 lb fresh broccoli rabe , trimmed
4 tbsp olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
6 cup cold water
0.5 tsp salt


Directions
1 In large pot, add salt and water, bring boil.
2 Cut an X in bottom of broccoli rabe stems, gently place into boiling water.
3 Cook until tender but still firm, about 4 minutes. Drain.
4 In large heavy skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes.
5 Stir in the broccoli rabe, sauté 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
6 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
