1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mix flour with Italian seasoning and pepper.
3 Pat dry chicken and then coat them with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
4 Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
5 Cook chicken 3 minutes per side of until lightly browned.
6 Move chicken from pan into a baking dish. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
7 Saute garlic in frying pan 1 minute. Pour in broth and simmer until liquid is reduced to half.
8 Stir in the zest, lemon juice, and dressing and cook 1 minute. Stir in the parsley and take off of heat.
9 Spoon sauce over chicken when ready to serve.
