Ingredients
1 fresh artichokes , thorns snipped off
1 medium garlic cloves , thinly sliced
1 bay leaves
0.25 tsp coriander seeds
0.5 tsp ground oregano
0.5 tsp dried basil


Directions
1 Put the garlic slices in the leaves of the artichoke and place in a saucepan. Fill with enough water to cover half of the artichokes. Add the bay leaf.
2 Place the coriander seeds, oregano, and basil in a bowl and crush. Sprinkle the mixture over the artichoke.
3 Cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
Additional Information
Be sure to remove bay leaf before serving.
