Directions
1 Place water and cauliflower in microwaveable bowl, cover, and microwave on high for about 6 minutes. Stir once after 3 minutes. Drain.
2 Heat oil in 7-inch skillet over medium heat and stir in basil and bread crumbs. While stirring frequently cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bread crumbs are toasted. Stir in parsley then pour ingredients over cauliflower.

The olive oil used in this recipe helps to decrease the amount of saturated fat in this dish.
