Servings
Ingredients
0.5 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 oz egg whites (2 egg whites)
0.25 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
2 cup lowfat milk , scalded
0.5 tsp vanilla extract , XX strength if you have it


Directions
1 Spray a 3-quart baking dish or mold with nonstick vegetable spray. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bottom.
2 In a medium bowl, beat eggs and egg whites until light and lemon colored.
3 Add granulated sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Stir in the scalded milk and add the vanilla.
4 Pour mixture over brown sugar in baking dish. Place the baking dish or mold in a pan of hot water, 1 inch deep.
5 Bake at 350 degrees F, about 50 minutes, or until firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
