4 floz chocolate syrup
4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
5 oz instant espresso powder , brewed
2 cup fat free milk , steamed in an espresso machine
1 pinch unsweetened cocoa powder


Directions
1 Pour syrup, Baileys and espresso into 8 demitasse (small coffee cups). Top with foam and dash of cocoa.
