Ingredients
4 cup chopped tomato (about 2 1/4 pounds)
0.33 fresh green onions , thinly sliced
0.25 cup fresh cilantro , coarsely chopped
1.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
0.5 tsp fresh lemon peel , grated (or 3/4 tsp ground sumac)
0.25 tsp ground cumin
0.12 tsp salt
0.12 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch sugar


Directions
1 In medium bowl gently combine tomatoes, onions, and cilantro .
2 In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, oil, vinegar, lemon zest, cumin, salt, red pepper, and sugar.
3 Pour dressing over tomato mixture and toss.
Additional Information
Also a great salsa for chicken, pasta, or fish.
