Directions
1 Preheat grill to medium.
2 In small bowl, whisk red pepper, ginger, lime juice, hoisin, soy sauce, and garlic. Transfer marinade to large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal and turn to coat evenly. Chill at least 30 minutes.
3 Coat grill grates with cooking spray.
4 Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
5 Place chicken on grill. Cook 5 minutes per side until juices run clear.
