1 Combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, pepper, cilantro and cumin in blender; puree. Add a few drops of red food coloring. 2 Place chops in large plastic bag, add yogurt marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight. 3 Remove chops from marinade (discard remaining marinade) and grill over medium hot fire for 15 minutes, turning once, until chops are just done.
