Ingredients
1 Papaya, medium, fresh , 8 ounces (yellow-fleshed)
1 Papaya, medium, fresh , 8 ounces (pink-fleshed)
4 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp rose water


Directions
1 Peel the papayas and trim off the stem end. Cut each papaya crosswise into 4 slices. Do not remove the seeds.
2 Place 1 yellow fleshed papaya slice on each of 4 dessert plates. Partly top each with a pink fleshed papaya slice.
3 Mix the lime juice and rose water. Drizzle over the fruit and serve.
Additional Information
This quick and easy fat-free dessert is low-carb, low-cal and perfect for a summer day sweet tooth! Rose water can be purchased in Indian and Middle Eastern markets, natural food stores, and some larger supermarkets. If unavailable, vanilla or almond extracts may be substituted.
