Preheat grill to medium.
Grate 1 teaspoon of lime zest and place in large bowl. Cut lime in half and squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. Add to bowl.
Slice remaining lime into 6 wedges and set aside to serve with cooked turkey cutlets. 4 Add yogurt, oil, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, and garlic into bowl with lime peel and lime juice. Mix well.
Place turkey cutlets into bowl and coat evenly. Do not let cutlets marinate.
Place cutlets onto preheated grill. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, about 4-5 minutes, turning once during grilling. Serve with reserved lime wedges.
