1 Let the yogurt stand at room temperature to allow it to soften. Separate the yogurt into 3 bowls. 2 Put the raspberries in one of the bowls, mash and mix with yogurt. 3 Put the blueberries in a different bowl, mash and mix with yogurt. Do not add anything to the third bowl of yogurt. 4 In this exact order, layer the raspberries, then the yogurt, and then the blueberries in a parfait glass. Garnish with 2 raspberries or blueberries if desired.
