1 Poke holes into potatoes with a fork. Microwave potatoes for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. 2 Cut potatoes into bite-size chunks, leaving skins on. Put in freezer for 2 to 3 minutes to cool. 3 In the meantime, mix garlic, salad dressing and chives together until well blended in a large serving bowl. 4 Gently stir potatoes, cheese, and bacon bits into dressing. 5 Serve as is or microwave 3-4 minutes.
