1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients, except for Parmesan cheese. Blend on and off to mix, but still leaving chunky. Pour into a casserole dish or pie plate. Top with Parmesan cheese. 3 Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, switch oven to broil and broil until light brown, about 3-5 more minutes. Serve warm.
